Dr. Raoul Shah has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years. Since graduating from the University of Michigan Dental School, he has practiced dentistry in various states along the east coast. These experiences enabled him to understand the varying needs of patients and to learn from many experienced dentists. Dr. Shah aspires to provide care to his patients in a comforting manner and in an understanding environment. He believes quality, compassion and honesty are essential in providing his patient with a great experience. He values taking continuing education courses to not only better himself but to provide the very best care to his patients. When Dr. Shah is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading and playing golf. His wife, Neha, has a Master’s in Public Health but right now she spends her days taking care of their two kids, Kayan and Jaisen, with a third baby on the way. Natassia Nguyen, Dental Hygienist After completing my Bachelor's Degree from U.C. Davis, I decided to work towards a career in dental hygiene. I joined the Mowry Dental Group in 1998. The most exciting part of being on this team is progressively offering better care to our patients. My job is to educate and motivate our patients to better manage their oral health, and pass this knowledge to their family and friends. I understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, therefore, I try to educate our patients in a gentle and supportive manner.

Tammy Tran, Dental Hygienist Tammy has been a member of the Mowry Dental Group for the last 8 years. She is passionate about her career. Being able to improve her patient's dental health and overall health is the most satisfying aspect of her job. She is thorough, gentle and she enjoys working with people. Her goal is to provide her patients with the best hygiene care with minimal discomfort.

Doreen Hardin, Insurance/Billing Doreen has had the pleasure of working for Dr. Shah for the last 8 years. Her purpose is to meet the needs of each patient with compassion and excellence. She truly loves working with patients and it brings her great personal satisfaction to serve others.

Kelly Orndoff, Registered Dental Assistant, E.F. Dentistry became my passion at an early age. Growing up, my mom was an office manager and my aunt is a dental assistant. During my senior year of high school, I took an ROP course in dental assisting and loved it so much I continued the class after I graduated. In 2001, i took an Extended Function class, at UCSF to further my education. This license has allowed me to take a more active roll in caring for our patients.
